For quantitative turbidimetric determination of immunglobulin IgE in human serum or plasma
PRINCIPLE
OF THE METHOD The latex particles coated with IgE are agglutinated when they react with samples that contain IgE. The latex particles agglutination cause an absorbance change ,dependent upon the IgE concentration of the patient sample, that can be quantified by comparison from a calibrator of known IgE concentration.
REAGENTS
R1 (DILUENT): Buffer PBS modif > 25 mmol/L, Sodium azide ≤0.009 %w/v.
R2 (LATEX): Anti IgE (goat) Latex Buffer PBS modif ≤ 45 mmol/L, Sodium azide ≤0.009 %w/v.
REAGENT PREPARATION
Reagents are ready to use.
REAGENT DETERIORATION
Presence of particles and turbidity.
SAMPLES
Collect serum using standard sampling tubes and plasma.
