This product is used for monitoring or evaluating the precision of test results on urine sediment analyzer. Highly concentrated quality control (level-3) can also be used as focusing liquid to adjust the Imaging focal length of urine sediment analyzer. PRINCIPLE This product is colorless to pale yellow cell suspension. Base on flow cell digital imaging principle, control material is sampled into the test channel for picture collection and counting, so as to get the test report. NGREDIENT Veterinary erythrocytes, anticoagulant, preservative solution, cell fixative and etc. INSTRUMENT This product is used on BT URICELL 1280 and URIT UD 1320 Urine Sediment Analyzers. PROCEDURE 1. Remove a vial of control from refrigerator and leave it warm to room temperature (15-30 º C ) for 3 to 5 minutes. 2. Gently invert the vial for 1 to 2 minutes at the first time. For subsequent use, invert 8 to 10 times again is enough. 3. Check whether the control has been mixed well. If not, repeat STEP 2 until completely mixed. 4. Take out the calibrator for routine test or quality control according to the requirements in Urine Sediment Analyzer Operation Manual. 5. Compare the test result with the reference value offered by manufacturer. 6. Tightly cap the vial and store it in refrigerator after use. EXPLANATION VALUES Mean values and acceptable ranges are different from lot to lot. Please refer to the Target Value Sheet attached to the product. It is recommended that each laboratory should establish its own mean values and acceptable ranges. Use the values provided in Operation Manual as reference only.
