SHEATH Reagent is used in urine sediment analyzers (Urit UD 1320 and others) to dilute the sample and coat cells to be able to count and classify cells. FUNCTIONS During testing, the analyzer uses the urine sample screened by Sheath Reagent, creating a stable and horizontal flow through the analyzer. Sample images are captured and divided by the optical imaging system. Finally, the analysis results are defined by artificial neural network recognition technology. REAGENT PREPARATION Ready to use reagent without preparation. OPERATIONAL PROCEDURE Details please refer to the operation manual of the urine sediment analyzer. RESTRICTION,PRECAUTION AND NOTICE 1.Use fresh human urine sample.The polluted urine sample is unavailable 2.Use the Sheath under professional’s supervision. It is for in vitro diagnosis only. 3.Do not drink. In case of accidental drinking, seek medical advice. 4.Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water or see a doctor. 5.Dispose the waste, rest products and polluted wrappage in accordance with local regular’s requirements
