Our process control is industry-leading from the selection of raw material to production. This includes inline detection of contamination and bioburden analysis to warrant a clean, pure medical paper. Sterile – proven microbial barrier The formation of PM7 minimizes the risk of thin areas in the paper material. The mill has an internal bioburden lab. A continuous control of bioburden leads to a well-controlled bioburden level in the packaging material. This secures the efficacy of the sterilization process and is critical for the sterility of the medical devices.
