Application
Method for viewing Helicobacter Pylori on sections from gastric biopsy.
The qualitative and quantitative composition of the stain and the accurate differentiation
make it possible to identify bacteria selectively on a particularly clean background.
Result
Helicobacter pylori blue, in the characteristic gullwing shape
Nuclei blue
Cytoplasm pink
Product for the preparation of cyto-histological samples for optical microscopy.
To demonstrate Helicobacter pylori bacterium on gastric biopsy sections. The qualitative and quantitative composition of
staining mixture and the careful differentiation allow identifying bacteria on tidy ground.
WARNING
The kit allows preparing 15 assays using Coplin Jars of 50 ml. Each assay stains from 1 to 5 sections. Reagent can be introduced
into the Coplin Jar and then recovered.
METHOD
1) Deparaffinise sections and bring to distilled water.
2) Preparation of buffer solution. Take out from bottle B 5 ml of solution and diluting 1:10: Utilize obtained solution for the
preparation of Giemsa working-solution.
3) Preparation of Giemsa working-solution. Take out 10 ml of reagent A and reach the volume of 40 ml with buffer solution
previously prepared.
4) Put the solution in a Coplin Jar and immerse sections for 30 minutes.
5) Drain the slide without washing and put the section for 15 seconds in reagent C.
6) Repeat step 5 with reagent D and E.
7) Clear in xylene and mount.
