DESCRIPTION: Titan HotTaq EvaGreen® qPCR Capillary Mix is optimized for real-time quantitative PCR assays for qPCR cyclers with capillaries. The mix includes Titan HotTaq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2 and EvaGreen® dye. Only template, primers and water needs to be added. Titan HotTaq DNA polymerase is activated by a 15 min incubation step at 95°C, preventing the extension of non-specifically annealed primers and primer-dimers formed at low temperatures during qPCR setup. Cycler compatibility: Titan HotTaq EvaGreen® qPCR Capillary Mix can be used with LightCycler® 1.x and LightCycler® 2.0 (Roche Applied Sciences).
