Medical molecular sieve oxygen production system is a new type of equipment which uses advanced pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology to extract oxygen from air. With air as raw material, zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent, at room temperature and low pressure, the use of zeolite molecular sieve for selective adsorption of oxygen and nitrogen and adsorption capacity increases with the increase of adsorption pressure, with the decrease of adsorption pressure and reduce the characteristics. Nitrogen is adsorbed under pressurized condition, oxygen is enriched, nitrogen is desorbed under reduced pressure condition, and molecular sieve is regenerated at the same time. The cycle alternates to separate oxygen. The specific working process is that the compressed air is purified by the air purification dryer and then enters the adsorption tower through the switching valve. In the adsorption tower, nitrogen is adsorbed by molecular sieve, oxygen at the top of the adsorption tower is accumulated into the oxygen storage tank, and then after odor removal, dust removal and sterilization filtration, qualified medical oxygen is obtained. The whole process of oxygen production for physical adsorption process, no chemical reaction, no pollution to the environment. Products are widely used in hospitals, nursing homes, urban health centers and other medical institutions for oxygen supply.
