The BioHorizons adjustable torque wrench is a multi-component tool designed to attach to all 4mm drivers from BioHorizons. It is supplied with a dual direction mechanism that allows for insertion and removal functions. When the desired torque is reached (a choice of 10Ncm to 30Ncm) the torque wrench snaps to avoid over torqueing. Additionally, the torque wrench can be locked and used as a surgical ratchet for implant insertion. The wrench is locked by rotating the handle counterclockwise to loosen the setscrew and then rotating the handle 90 degrees.
