Description

Our Point-of-Care BIOspeed Analyzer is a handy and high-precision laboratory instrument that can be used to analyze patient samples in close proximity to the patient in just a few minutes. POC – test quickly, in advance and on the spot The need to make diagnoses quickly, early and, if possible, at the point of action – the so-called “point of care” (POC) – became apparent early in the history of medicine. Decentralized, near-patient laboratory diagnostics originally emerged in the hospital in life-threatening emergency situations. It was developed because of the need for decision criteria for rapid derivation of action. In the meantime, the advantages are used in the outpatient sector, the emergency room, in ambulances, in doctors’ offices or pharmacies. After all, the sooner a diagnosis can be made, the sooner infectious diseases can be contained and patients can receive targeted care. Point-of-care testing (POCT) has established itself as a helpful, additional tool for patient care without replacing conventional laboratory diagnostics. It provides reliable results and increases the quality of treatment for the patient. Advantages of the BIOspeed Immunoassay Analyzer Results after 3 – 15 minutes in standard mode Very high sensitivity Self-calibration Temperature control High flexibility Easy to use and handle Ready-to-use sample preparation kits, 24 months shelf life Capillary blood, finger blood, whole blood, serum or plasma can be used External quality controls available for each parameter No cooling of the tests necessary, storage temperature at 2-30° C
