Veterinary bone plate

All BioMedtrix bone plates feature the HyProtect antimicrobial coating. Both the TPLO Curve and MultiPurpose bone plates are manufactured to all sizes necessary to suit any breed dog or cat. BioMedtrix also offers a full range of lengths of both cortical and locking screws. The TPLO Curve is a 3-D contoured plate with a novel curved design which conforms to the natural shape of the tibia. The plate features both Polyaxial and Uniaxial locking screws. To achieve compression, the Angled Compression Slot cranially rotates the plate to compress the osteotomy, while the Axial Compression Slot compresses the osteotomy distally. In addition to the antimicrobial HyProtect coating, the TPLO Curve also features a scalloped undersurface and pin holes for initial stabilization to bone. It is manufactured from 316LVM stainless steel (ASTM F139) and is packaged sterile with a five-year shelf life.
