AccuPower® PCR PreMix (with UDG) helps to minimize carryover contamination, which may cause severe problems in PCR during clinical dignosis. Although PCR is one of the most sensitive and rapid tests, contamination by amplified PCR products from previous tests may lead to false postive results. However, this product has overcome this problem through the application of Uracil DNA Glycosylase system. Furthermore, stabilizers are added to keep the activity stable for one month when stored at room temperature (25°C) and for two years when stored in a freezer. ※PreMix product is shipped at room temperature. The reaction mixture contains stabilizers that keep full activity of enzymes even at the ambient temperature.
