Description
Mayer’s Hematoxylin is frequently used together with Eosin, nuclear fast red, periodic acid, or alcian blue. It is also used in immunohistochemical procedures to visualize the end product. This product does not contain mercury.
Nuclei can be visualized as blue-purple.
