Our compact blood pressure monitor provides reliable measurements of systolic and diastolic pressure (your blood pressure) using the so-called oscillometric method. Compact, it is very useful for travel as well as on the move. The large backlit display makes it easy to read. Our compact monitor is also capable of recording a total of 120 measurements per user for two users.
How to fit the cuff?
Wrap the cuff around your left arm. the rubber tube should be on the inside of your arm and downwards towards your hand. the cuff should be about 2-3 cm above your elbow. once the cuff is adjusted and closed, you should be able to put two fingers between the cuff and your arm. then place your arm on a table, palm up, so that the cuff is at the same height as your heart.
When should i take my blood pressure?
You can take your blood pressure at any time of the day, but please avoid eating, smoking, or physical activity 30 minutes to 1 hour before taking your blood pressure. In addition, we advise you to take your measurements at the same time every day.
How to understand my results?
The monitor displays a number of rectangles corresponding to the WHO classification diagram for blood pressure results.
