The TTHR is a modular reconstruction stem designed for hip replacement prostheses.
Its simple two-part modular design permits secondary metaphyseal anchorage
while at the same time ensuring excellent primary anchorage thanks to
a large choice of diameters and lengths of the stem locking mechanism.
The metaphysis of the TTHR is coated with porous titanium and hydroxyapatite (HA).
The 6° (9/11) cone offers improved rotational movement.
Positioning of the trochanteric flap is facilitated by both a refined shoulder on the metaphysis and by two sagittal perforations that allow threading of the hoop wires.
