2 x Plus SYBR Real-Time Mixture Bioteke’s 2 x Plus SYBR Real-Time Mixture is a ready-to-use solution that contains components required for quantitative PCR amplification with real-time PCR systems. The mixture includes HotStart Taq polymerase, dNTPs, Mg2+, ROXII, reaction buffer & a stabilizer, and SYBR Green. The user only needs to add template, the primer set and water to the mixture while its concentration to be 1x, to set up the qPCR reaction.
