Covid-19), chlamydia, mycoplasma and l 'ureaplasma. It is suitable for different RT PCR instruments. Composition of Médium : Hank’s Balance salts; BSA; L-Cystine; Gelatin Sucrose; Phenol Red; HEPES; sodium Bicarbonate 2L-Glutamic acid; Amphotericin B; Colistin; Vancomycinde 2 Manufacturing method : 1) Weighting; Weighting of raw materials; Clean room 2) Formulation; Formulation with raw materials; Clean room 3) Inspection; Inspect the solution of formulation; Clean room 4) Filling; Fill the sol. into the tubes; Clean room Performance : Universal Transport Medium consist of modified Hank's balanced salt sol. supplemented with bovine serum albumin, cysteine, gelatin, sucrose and glutamic acid. The pH is buffered with HEPES buffer. Phenol Red is used to indicate pH. Vancomycin, Amphotericin B and Colistin are incorporated in the medium to inhibit growth of competing Bacteria and Yeast. The medium is isotonic and non-toxic to mammalian host cells. The presence of sucrose acts as a cryoprotectant which aids in the preservation of viruses and chlamydia if specimen are frozen(-70 ℃) for prolonged storage. Storage Condition : room Temperature ( 0 ~ 40℃ )
