The pressure swing adsorption separating oxygen from air is a new technology.(PRESSURE SWING ADSORPTION,abbreviated PSA),it has an irreplaceable position to supply air on site in today’s world.

The principle of PSA:
It utilizes different components has different adsrobents on the adsorbent adsorption capacity, adsorbent do selective adsorption when the pressure increases and get desorption regeneration when pressure down. Normally it has twin towers structure, towers are full of zeolite molecular sieve. When one tower is adsorbing nitrogen and producing oxygen, another tower is desorbing nitrogen to get regeneration. It works by automatic switches under the control system, and alternating work to make sure offer stable oxygen.
Adsorption: high-pressure positive flow of air passes through the adsorber, moisture, carbon dioxide and most of hydrocarbon are adsorbed by molecular sieve.
Regeneration: The low reflux oxygen by adsorption of water, carbon dioxide and hydrocarbons adsorbed on zeolite low voltage products oxygen away.
Average pressure: to balance the pressure for in need of regeneration of the adsorption and complete regenerating of the adsorber to reduce the switching losses.
Decompression: Adsorption through the vent muffler reduced pressure to near atmospheric pressure.
