This kit is composed of superparamagnetic nanospheres that adsorb nucleic acid
and an efficient extraction reagent system. Cells are quickly lysed through the lysis
solution and the intracellular nuclease is inactivated, then the nucleic acid is selectively
adsorbed on the magnetic beads. After that, under a sériés steps of rapid rinsing-
separation, the impurities such as cell metabolites and proteins are removed by the
rinsing fluid. And finally, the nucleic acid can be eluted from the magnetic beads with
ddH20 or eluent. The opération steps are simple and fast, and the entire extraction
process can be completed at room temperature.
This kit is also suitable for the magnetic bead automation process of rapid nucleic
acid extraction. Under the action of the magnetic bead extraction reagent, nucleic acid
can be obtained from the automatic extraction instrument, and the amplification
reaction can be carried out after adding the nucleic acid amplification system.
Our product provides a large-volume, automatic nucleic acid extraction method, which
is suitable for biological samples derived from sécrétions, such as: nasopharyngeal
sécrétions, saliva sécrétions, vaginal sécrétions, semen, etc. The processed product is
used for clinical in vitro testing and is suitable for polymerase chain reaction
