The kit is used for a step of nucleic acid extraction, enrichment and purification, and the resulting product is used for nucleic acid detection. When 1 aliquot of the nucleic acid extraction buffer is added to 1 aliquot of the sample, the nucleic acid is released immediately, and the resulting mixture can be directly added to the amplification reaction. Our product provides a new nucleic acid extraction procédure, which avoids multiple steps, time-consuming and expensive equipment, and can extract nucleic acids enriched and purified in a simple and fast system. The resulting mixture is used for in vitro diagnostics, including PCR, RPA, etc. The process is carried out at room temperature and is suitable for secretion specimens, including nasopharyngeal secretions, saliva secretions, vaginal secretions, sperm, etc.
