Description

MiCAM03-C35IR is an imaging system equipped with a large 35mm full-size CMOS sensor, which has a spatial resolution of 2,160x1,280 pixels. MiCAM03-C35IR uses an ultra-high sensitive CMOS sensor which has large pixels, uses low noise technology, and has > 80% quantum efficiency. This makes it possible to image dim fluorescent samples at wide fields of view. Applications: - Wide-field imaging with the use of positive-dF fluorescence/luminescence probes - Fluorescence imaging of entire cell culture plates Main features: - Wide Field of View: 35mm full-size CMOS sensor (47.7 mm diagonal) - Ultra-High Sensitivity: Large 19umx19um pixel size, high quantum efficiency (> 80%), and new technology to reduce noise - High Frame Rate: 52.6fps at 2,160x1,280 pixels - Other: A commercially available fluorescent filter can be installed in the camera head
