The DLFLSP2R is a fluorescent beam splitter that transmits two wavelengths of light simultaneously to two cameras. Main Features: - Split fluorescent light into two different wavelengths to two separate cameras - Easily overlay images of two different wavelengths - Can be used as an epi-fluorescence filter unit for single wavelength fluorescence imaging. Applications: - Simultaneous imaging of biological preparations stained with both a calcium indicator and a voltage-sensitive dye - Fluorescent ratiometric imaging using calcium indicators or voltage-sensitive dyes Specifications: - Attachable filter size: Dichroic mirror (x1): 50mm x 70mm - Emission filter (x2): 50mm diameter - Attachable Lenses - Leica Microsystems PLAN APO lens (can be attached to three locations: top, bottom, and left) - Positioning Mechanism - Kinematic mount with 2-axis tilt adjustment mechanism
