LENSES The panchromatic lenses ensure a flat field of view. The 100x lens is resilient to contact and is designed for a water immersion (NA: 1.10). The 40x lens has a very high working distance of 1.5 mm, which prevents contact with immersion fluids. The nosepiece has five positions and is equipped with four lenses (4x, 10x, 40x, 100xW). These feature an M25 thread and a parfocal length of 60 mm. EYEPIECES The eyepieces have a 22 mm field of view. This produces a wide-angle image. The high eyepiece head is ideal for spectacle wearers. A rubber edge provides protection upon eye contact. A dioptre compensation of -5 to +5 can be set individually for each eyepiece. The interpupillary distance can be adjusted between 48 mm and 75 mm. ILLUMINATION The condensor with an iris diaphragm is adjustable and provides Köhler illumination together with the light source, which is also equipped with an iris diaphragm. The powerful 3 W LED has an adjustable brightness and provides the best possible illumination. The brightness can be adjusted individually for each lens. When a lens is changed, the NEXCOPE NE620T automatically adjusts the previous brightness settings. The display shows the currently selected lens and the current brightness.
