BRIO machines are designed and manufactured to high standards to meet all industry requirements, including clean room processes. The BR-AMS machines are equipped with a robot arm that transports the tools through the different tanks. The automation of the process allows homogeneous cycles with the same duration and allows traceability with data base. Other advantages include savings in staff time and a reduction in production waste. We install BRIO ultrasonic cleaning and sanitising, rinsing, drying and pre-treatment stages depending on the application. The ultrasonic immersion stages are equipped with our exclusive technology that allows total sanitisation with maximum speed, accessing all the difficult points of the geometry of the parts, without altering their shape and without altering their materials. BR-AMS machines can be customised according to the needs of each customer, varying the capacity of the tanks, number and type of stages, etc. We also design customised workpiece holding fixtures according to the type of part to be sanitised.
