P130® 2/3 Coated femoral stem for the replacement of the natural hip joint during first intention. Range of products: The metaphyseal profile of the stem ensures the implant’s primary stability. The slimmed down terminal part provides positioning that does not block the diaphyseal parts of the cortex. Secondary stability is obtained by osteogenesis activated by the hydroxyapatite coating and the colonisation of the ridges by the new growth of bone. The stems are available with cervico-diaphyseal angle of 130°, with 12/14 cone and a slimmed down neck in bright polish. 2 ranges (standard et lateralised) with the lateralisation obtained through a non-homothetic translation of the femoral neck.
