It is important in mammography to identify very small contrast and diameter. This is why the quality of the technical aspects of the process should be monitored at regular intervals. Quality control should assure the transfer of information from the examined tissue to the radiologist. CD Phantom for Mammography (CDMAM 3.4) is specifically developed to facilitate the evaluation of mammography systems that detects even with the very small details. The Phantom perform measurements of the physical parameters of the X-ray equipment, screen-film combination, developing process and observation conditions.
