Freestanding semi-automatic single chuck capper designed for a wide variety of bottles and caps. The air driven torquing mechanism allows for variable application torque and quick and easy setups. Screw Cap 10 mm to 110 mm (0.40" to 6.7") Able to handle a wide range of caps and bottles, the Mini JOLLY Capper is the most versatile semi-automatic capper available today. With numerical counter, regulated handwheel height adjustment system, tool-less quick-change bottle positioner and easy release cap retainer, changeovers can be performed in minutes. Built on a sturdy compact stainless steel base, the Mini JOLLY Capper requires minimal space and can easily be levelled using the adjustable stabilizing feet. Equipped with our sturdy floor foot switch control, precision mechanical movement and air driven clutch motor, the Mini JOLLY Capper ensures a consistent cap torque each and every time. For operator convenience and production control, the Mini JOLLY Capper also has the option of being equipped with a bottle clamping device.
