Curera® Consil is an anatomically designed seat cushion with copyrighted design(1). It is comfortable and pressure redistributing and provides the user with good comfort and sitting position. The anatomical design distributes the pressure away from the underside of the thighs, provides good pressure redistribution for the seat bones and reduces the risk of shearing. Side supports, leg divider and seat well provide a stable sitting position for people who need extra support. With recesses for lumbar supports and rounded rear edge, it also provides a good fit in the wheelchair. Curera® Consil is suitable for people sitting for shorter periods.Curera® Consil may be used for wheelchairs with rigid seat base or adjustable seat base. The cushion comes with a durable cover in grey polyester plush with friction. None of Curera® seat cushions and covers contains any bromide-based flame retardants or latex.
