PolyStacker™ Plus Detection Kits is specially designed for intraoperative frozen immunohistochemistry detection technology. The kits can be used for the detection for the chromogen of mouse and rabbit antibodies. The core technology is based on the "MicroStacker™" independently developed by our U.S. R&D team and adds peroxidase autonomous polymerization ("Poly-HRP") procedure. We have developed a new generation of polymerase coupling chemistry "PolyStacker™" and further enhanced the sensitivity and specificity of the polymer, thereby achieving rapid and accurate intraoperative immunohistochemical staining.

The application of HRP enzyme polymerization technology has made the sensitivity of enzyme-labeled polymer achieve qualitative advance.
To apply Fab’ antibody fragment labeling method, the volume is smaller, and non-specific staining caused by Fc fragments is avoided.
The micropolymer has a compact structure, small steric hindrance and strong penetrating power, which significantly improves the sensitivity of nuclear staining.
