The protein encoded by c-erB-2 gene is a membrane-piercing protein with a molecular weight of 185kDa, which is a member of the large family of cell surface growth factor receptors and can inhibit tyrosine kinase activity. The over-expression of this gene is closely related to the judgment of breast cancer and the differentiation and classification of tumor.This antibody is mainly used as a reference index to judge the prognosis of breast cancer, ovarian cancer, endometrial cancer and gastrointestinal cancer.
