Description
MUM-1 is a protein with a molecular weight of 50kD. It is expressed in the B cell subtypes of clear zone of the germinal center, and expressed in plasma cells, activated T lymphocytes, and broad-band B cells of lymphohematopoietic tumors.
Product Features
Mainly used for the immunophenotyping of myeloma, lymphoma, etc.
In addition, melanomas express MUM1 and are more sensitive than HMB-45 and Mel-A.
