CD8 molecules are found in T cell subsets (normal cytotoxic/inhibitory cells) that make up 20-35% of peripheral blood lymphocytes.CD8 antigen has been detected in natural killer cells, 80% thymocytes, 30% peripheral blood nude subsets, and 15%-30% bone marrow cells according to the reports.
