CD10 antigen is widely expressed on the surface of a variety of normal and tumor cells. In other malignant lymphomas, CD10 antigen has been reported to be expressed in lymphocyte lymphoma, burkitt lymphoma, and follicular lymphoma cells. CD10 antigen has been identified on the surface of normal early lymphoprogenitor cells and in B cells of the germinal center of immature B lymphocytes in adult bone marrow.CD10 antigens are also expressed in a variety of non-lymphoid cells and tissues, such as breast myoepithelial cells, bile ducts, fibroblasts, and are particularly highly expressed in renal brush border and intestinal epithelial cells.
