CDX2 is a protein composed of 311 amino acids and is an entero-specific transcription factor. CDX2 antibody is highly expressed in the duodenum, colon and rectum, and can be used as a specific marker of intestinal epithelium in pathological diagnosis. CDX2 positive expression can be detected in about 95% of invasive colorectal cancer.
