This product is used for the qualitative detection of Monkeypox virus DNA in human serum, plasma, whole blood or swab sample。 [ Principle] This test uses Real Time PCR and TaqMan fluorescent probe technology to detect the specifie DNA fragment of monkeypox virus by fluorescent PCR. [Sample requirement] (1 )Freshly collected or frozen sérum, plasma or whole blood. Sample loading Take mix preparation 36 ul and add into PCR reaction tube, then add the supernatant, positive control and H20 4ul each, close the cap and start PCR reaction. 4.
