This product is used for the qualitative detection of Monkeypox virus DNA in human serum, plasma, whole blood or swab
sample。
[ Principle]
This test uses Real Time PCR and TaqMan fluorescent probe technology to detect the specifie DNA fragment of monkeypox virus by fluorescent PCR.
Storage and validity
Stored at -20±5°C. Valid for 12 nionths. Repeated
thawing and freezing (>10x) should be avoided. Please see manufacture and expriration date on label.
[Sample requirement]
(1 )Freshly collected or frozen sérum, plasma or whole blood.
(2)Rash exudates: lake the rash exudates with a slerile swab, put it into a
sterile test tube in virus transport medium, break into the swab head and then sealed for detection. The sample should be used as soon as possible
3. Sample loading
Take mix preparation 36 ul and add into PCR reaction
tube, then add the supernatant, positive control and H20 4ul each, close the cap and start PCR reaction.
4. PCR amplification
1 )Power on and wait for the self-test of the instrument:
2)Place the prepared PCR tube in the sample slot of the instrument and record
the order ;
3)Program settings 37 ° C for 2min; 94 ° C for 2min: 95 ° C' for 15s. 60 °C for
60s. 40 Cycles; 4)Instrumcni détection selects FAM and HEX(VIC or JOE)
channcls. For the spécifie détection channel setting, refer to the instructions of
each instrument
5.Threshold Setting
The baseline adjustment takes 6-15 cycles of fluorescence signals, and the threshold setting uses the threshold line just exceeded the highest point of H20 détection fluorescence curve.
