Reagent A100 is an acidic aqueous solution of surfactant and inorganic acid. The pH value is in the range of 1.00 – 1.50. Reagent A100 is used for preparation of nuclei from animal cell cultures and for detaching adherent cell lines and disaggregation of cell clusters.
Reagent A100 permeabilizes the plasma membrane, allowing homogenous staining of the nucleus by DNA-binding dyes such as propidium iodide or DAPI. Reagent A100 is used in combination with the stabilizing buffer Reagent B. Please refer to the specific Application Notes for detailed instructions.
The solution is for research use only (RUO) and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic uses. Please refer to the documents below for further details. Order the product in our Webshop.
