Opening, reaming, implanting the main nail;
Building the positioning frame and locking the distal end according to the positioning frame;
Adjusting the proximal handle and implant the proximal locking nail as instructed;
Installing the screw cap.
Proximal Design of Main Nail
• The Herzog angle at the proximal end of the main nail is 10°, and the bending point is 38mm, which reduces the occurrence of intraoperative bone movement of the proximal posterior wall.
• One pressure hole can realize 7mm dynamic pressure. (Can also be used for motorization)
• 3 internal thread locking holes
Plane Interlockim
• Multi-plane interlocking to achieve the ideal bone holding capacity in each anatomical plane.
Main Nail Distal Design
• One 4.3mm positive hole (locking)
• Two 4.5mm horizontal holes (locking/non-locking)
•The distance of 5mm from the end and 25mm from the distal end can solve the distal fracture and effectively grasp the distal bone block.
