Disposable aseptic arthroscopic planer is a kind of equipment consumable for rota「y cutting. It can be used to remove soft tissue and bone under arthroscope and endoscopy. The resected tissue can be sucked out from the surgical site through an aspirator in the blade head.
Instructions
Anesthetize and clean the skin.
According to different joints and surgical purposes, puncture with a perfusion suction needle at a specific part of the joint and reach the designated position.
Inject proper amount of saline to bulge the joint cavity or other surgical areas.
Choose the appropriate approach according to different joints and indications, insert the arthroscopy to the designated position, and observe the lesion or tissue state.
Disassemble the disposable sterile arthroscopy planer in a clean environment. When inserting the planer, adjust the direction of the handle until the button A on the planer is aligned with the handle groove. Insert the planer into the handle so that the button enters the slot. The button should be pushed as close as possible to formally lock it.
According to different joints and indications, choose the correct approach to insert the planer.
Align the cutting edge of the planer to the lesions that need to be planed, or to be planed appropriately according to the needs of the operation.
When removing the planer, press the button A on the planer with your thumb or fingertip, which will separate the planer seat from the drive shaft, and remove the planer from the handle.
Postoperative care requirements:
Routine care after anesthesia.
Regularly observe and record body temperature, pulse, breathing, and blood pressure.
