AccuSITE allows shallow access and improves first-time success rates in procedures such as central line placement (CVC). CIVCO's AccuSITE Needle Guidance System utilizes a two-part system consisting of a custom reusable bracket and a disposable snap-on needle guide called AccuSITE. The AccuSITE needle guide is placed on the side of the probe, allowing out-of-plane (OOP) access. AccuSITE allows shallow access and improves first-time success rates in procedures such as central line placement. The single-use guide offers an intuitive, easy-to-use design that is ready for use after just one click; no additional assembly is required. AccuSITE features a large colored tab for simple quick-release function, allowing easy detachment of the needle from the transducer. Easy-to-read, color-coded gauge sizes and depths make it simple to identify the proper depth in a darkened ultrasound suite or at the patient's bedside. The guide features a large funnel for instrument insertion and will accept 18, 20 and 21/22 gauge sizes. Each gauge size offers the most complete depths in the industry including: .5cm, 1cm, 1.5cm, 2cm, 2.5cm, 3cm, 3.5cm. Brackets should be cleaned and disinfected according to your CIVCO User's Guide. Reduces technique variability, providing a shorter learning curve and reduced procedure time.
