The Remote Monitoring Radar detects heavy or soft falls, as well as high-risk situations such as wandering.
Its technology incorporates no cameras, photos or optics: it is non-intrusive and protects residents' privacy.
This motion sensor is not worn. It is installed in the resident's home, on the wall or ceiling. It is compatible with installation in the bathroom, where there is a high risk of falls. The radar is effective day and night.
The Remote Monitoring Radar detects all types of falls, while limiting false alarms. Alerts are transmitted to staff without requiring any action on the part of the resident.
Abnormal situations such as leaving the room at night, being in the bathroom for long periods or being out of bed for long periods are detected automatically and staff are alerted immediately. These risk situation alerts can be customised to suit the needs of each resident.
This system is particularly useful for Protected Living Units (UVP), as it can trigger an alert without requiring any action on the part of the resident. It is suitable for residents suffering from Alzheimer's disease, for example.
The Remote Monitoring Radar requires an electrical connection and a stable wifi connection.
