MORE ABOUT THIS ITEM
Select, measure, and display the temperature digitally, ensuring accuracy and avoiding the need for a glass thermometer. Test three samples simultaneously, viewing the melt via a magnifying lens with built-in illumination. Set a plateau temperature for initial warm-up—unattended warm-up time frees up the user until the plateau temperature is reached. Heating rate continues slowly between 0.5 and 10°C after the warm-up, slowly reaching the melt temperature for greater accuracy.
Save and recall up to seven temperatures per tube on the screen. Melting point apparatus records up to eight events per sample tube with time and date stamp. Use the 5-pin mini DIN socket to connect to a printer (order separately). Adjust the viewing head two ways for better viewing and user comfort.
