Description

This isolator permits the “manual” cleaning of machine parts ensuring complete isolation of the internal environment. Highlights Glovebox chamber with negative pressure with respect to the laboratory environment Turbulent air flow Bag-in/bag-out filters replacing method Fully PLC controlled VPHP circuit Integrated CIP (clean in place) Fully washable All washing operations are performed inside a turbulent air flowch glove box chamber (> 20 parts per hour). The operator works in standing position and is completely isolated from the substance used for washing. The configuration includes a working glove box chamber  with a right-side door used for placement of materials to be washed, a left-side door used for the extraction of materials already washed and a circular hatch positioned on the work surface with a barrier bag for unloading materials.
