The Compounding Aseptic Containment Isolator is designed to:
ensure Grade A conditions to perform antiblastic compounding and chemotherapic manipulation
protect the operators from the compound manipulated within the isolator
be sterilized with vapor phase hydrogen peroxide
integrate a dedicated system for compounding monitoring control and supervision.
The isolator system is composed of 2 chambers:
Compact air lock chamber
Process chamber (4 gloves) – other configurations available (2/3 gloves).

The Compounding Aseptic Containment Isolator is designed for operators working in a standing position or in a seated position with a height-adjustable ergonomic stool (included).
The system is equipped with a unidirectional airflow with positive/negative pressure with respect to the lab environment. The airlock is equipped with turbulent airflow for flash bio-decontamination.
It is designed to take air from a Class D laboratory or from HVAC. The pressure chamber and inlet/outlet filters are constantly monitored. All the inflatable and static seals are made of FDA approved Silicon.
All view panels are made of 12mm tempered glass and may be externally laminated with a safety film.
