Surgery unit pass-through

Pass-through cabinet, entirely manufactured in stainless steel sheet 18/10 Aisi 304 (1.4301) with superficial finish according to the operating room architectural project , ribbed and reinforced to resist against mechanical stress. Internal space completely smooth; all junctions between sheets are welded with robotized TIG process, without joints or gaps so that the cleaning and disinfecting procedures are made easier and more effective. The cabinet has 4 stainless steel shelves on the inside, height-adjustable every 363mm (useful space 328mm) and the fixed bottom. The cabinet is equipped with double-leaf doors on both sides, mounted on hidden hinges that allow a complete opening, ensuring a safe transfer of material (bags, blankets) from the operating room to non-sterile environments. The doors are closed by an electronic lock with intermodal block and stop/go light, in order to avoid simultaneous opening of both sides. The technical compartment containing the electrical system is equipped with a removable panel without visible screws. The doors are boxed in double sandwich plate with polyurethane plate in the middle, edged by a removable antibacterial silicone gasket. They are also equipped with handles in stainless steel Aisi 304 (1.4301). The whole structure has no cutting edges. Equipped with 4 height-adjustable stainless steel feet ca. 150 mm.
