Specially designed for hospital applications, with ceiling installation over the operating table. Composed of an airtight plenum, the laminar flow is welded and sealed, made of sheets and profile in aluminum alloy. The device is equipped with recangular lateral air entry and a completely sealed central hole, to fix the scialitic lamp on the ceiling. The structure is without projection, to have an effective cleaning and not to act as a vessel for dirt. Normally the module is built in one piece, while in the LS / 700 version it is supplied disassembled in several parts to be mounted on site. This allows a more efficient handling during transport or internal movimentation. The shielding is made by grids in micro-perforated and powdercoated 12/10 aluminum sheet. These are fixed to the structure with screws, which do not protrude from the sheet, to allow an easy sanitization and cleaning of the system. Percentage of the full vacuum of the grids is around 40%. The module is equipped with special HEPA H14 absolute filters for laminar flows. On request it is possible to install a sensor to measure the pressure drop and therefore the relative effectiveness of the filters. Our mode allows to reach the air purity needed for the classes ISO5/7, according to the ISO14644-1 rules.
