Description

Absolute filters for laminar flow (MINIMAL or MICROLAM series) with mechanical or fluid seal gasket(gel) can be housed. This allows to reach the air purity classes ISO 5/7 according to ISO 14644-1 rules. Filters are fixed mechanically on a frame inside the unit thanks to special supports and hexagon socket head screws. Filters are classified HEPA H14 according to EN 1822:2009. Their accurate construction and the strict controls make them suitable for this kind of applications. Filters are composed of water repellent glass fibre paper folded on itself. Spaces are defined by special separators in thermoplastic material, enclosed by a framemade from an anodized aluminium profile and protected by a microstretched steel mesh painted on both sides (clean and dirty). The filters cannot be regenerated and must be disposed according to the regulations (CER 15 02 03 /CER 15 02 02). Operating range •Maximum temperature: 80°C •Maximum relative humidity: 100% •Recommended final pressure drop: 250 Pa Applications Airborne solid oarticles filtration in air conditioning system for air controlled contamination environments up to ISO5 class.
