From the generation of simple sinusoidal patterns as stated in the Ph. Eur. and USP for testing nebulisers and MDIs with a spacer/VHC, to complex user-generated profiles for improving in-vitro in-vivo correlations (IVIVCs), our range of Breathing Simulators can be used across a variety of testing applications and patient physiologies.
The BRS 100i is specifically designed for generating neonatal, infant, child and adult breathing patterns required for dose uniformity testing of nebulisers in accordance with ISO 27427:2013. It can also be used to generate the profiles required in USP for testing ‘Spacers and Valve Holding Chambers used with Inhalation Aerosols’.
