Medical face mask complying with EN 14683: 2019, Type IIR. The manufacturer guarantees that the minimum requirements specified in clause 5.2.7 of EN 14683: 2019 regarding product design, materials and technologies used are met.

Splash protection
The product consists of three layers.
The inner layer adjacent to the mouth and nose is made of hydrophilic spunbond that wicks moisture from the breath.
The outer layer, made of hydrophobic spunbond, prevents drips from entering the mask.
The middle layer, made of meltblown, acts as a filter to trap small particles that can pass through the outer or inner layers. The minimum size of captured particles is 3 (± 0.5) microns).
The layers of material are joined together by ultrasonic welding.

The face mask which prevents the wearer from breathing is considered unsuitable.
That being said, it should be understood that it may take a while to get used to the face mask.
The face mask is designed and manufactured to meet the requirements for use by adults.
