The Drum Charging Station and the lifter are a single unit that eliminates the need to manage two structures interacting with each other. In the Drum Charging Station, we reduced the space as the skids for charging the reactors or other equipment are reduced from two to one, while the pistons that lift the drums into the chamber are doubled. In fact, two arms accompany the drum upwards to bring it to the iris inlet. The Drum Charging Station gives the lifter greater strength and fluidity, while the base structure, equipped with wheels and brakes, allows the whole unit to be moved easily. Main features of Drum Charging Station: • Two black EPDM gloves on the front glass and one black EPDM glove on the side glass. • A Differential Pressure Indicator (DPI). • Venturi System. • Double iris DIT® interface. • Two 3/4″ ball valve for nitrogen. • A 3″ valve for air exhaust. • Two HEPA H14 filters. • An 8” canister for bag-out, with continuous liner. • An antistatic LDPE sleeve for the connection between chamber and discharging point • Braked antistatic swivel wheels. • A pneumatic drum tipper that allows easy connection of the drum with the double iris interface. • A Pneumatic control panel. • 1.21 internal and 2.22 external ATEX classification.
