Description

The entire CSV Containment product range is designed and tailor-made to suit the customer's containment or confinement needs. From isolators to accompanying accessories, with us you can find all the products you need! Let's take a closer look at the Sampling and Dispensing Glove Boxes. Sampling and Dispensing Glove Boxes are the most established models in the wide range of our models. The stations are realized to ensure operator convenience and safety. The Sampling and Dispensing Glove Boxes feature side doors that facilitate material entry into the chambers and inflatable gasket doors that allow seamless movement between chambers. These doors have been thoroughly tested and have proven to be reliable. The scales in the weighing chambers ensure accuracy and data integrity and the systems comply with CFR 21 regulations. During the sampling process, the scale records data and the operator can conveniently verify them on the internal display placed at eye level. The dispensing process communicates the data directly to the client’s IT management system. After weighing and sampling operations, there are interesting solutions to safely transfer materials out of the isolators. Main features of Sampling and Dispensing Glove Boxes: • Main chambers equipped with temperature and humidity sensors. • An oxygen sensor placed in every chamber to read the values during inertisation. To assess the residual nitrogen quantity before reopening the chambers, air is introduced and measured inside the isolators until an optimal oxygen level is reached. This prevents operators from accidentally inhaling harmful mixtures.
