Cytotoxicity assays measure the toxic effects of various cytotoxic drugs or physical stressors on cells. HeLa cells were treated with increasing concentrations of Staurosporine. C.LIVE Tox Green was added to each well (250 nM) and time-lapse images were obtained with the CELLCYTE X.
